When you subscribe to Mochi, you can choose between two plans: Nutrition and Nutrition & Medication. Both options are completely virtual, but there are a few key differences between the two plans, which we will dive into below.
Nutrition Plan
The Nutrition plan connects you with a dietitian to guide and support you in achieving natural weight loss by creating a calorie deficit. The Nutrition plan comes at a monthly cost of $40 and will give you access to unlimited support with a registered dietitian.
When you sign up for this plan through Mochi, you will get connected with one of Mochi’s registered dietitians, who, through the web chat or a video call, will create a customized meal plan just for you based on your circumstances and needs. You can contact your dietitian with any questions or concerns through Mochi’s portal anytime and are guaranteed a response within 24-72 hours.
With the Nutrition plan, you’ll get a diet tailored just for you to hit the right macros and keep you in a calorie deficit. Mochi’s dietitians are all about setting you up for long-term success, which is why they also offer snack plans to ensure you can satisfy your sweet tooth.
A varied diet is the best recipe for success, and when you’re working with a Mochi dietitian, they’ll create a plan that makes your weight-loss journey feel manageable and enjoyable every step of the way.
Nutrition & Medication Plan
The Nutrition and Medication plan will connect you with a dietitian and a medical provider to ensure you receive the right weight loss medication and the comprehensive support needed to reach your weight loss goals. This monthly plan starts at $79/month and covers 1:1 video calls with a doctor and registered dietitian, lab orders, and scans. If you opt for a 12-month subscription, you can pay as little as $66.33 a month. You will also have to pay a fee for the medication, which can be as little as $99 for a monthly supply, no matter the dosage.
When you sign up for this plan, you will go through four phases.
Phase 1
Within a week of signing up, you’ll have an appointment with a board-certified doctor to discuss your needs and determine the right approach and medication.
Phase 2
Depending on your unique profile, you may need lab work or scans to establish a baseline for tracking your health and progress. You’ll also start regular meetings with your provider and dietitian to ensure everything is on track.
Phase 3
As you progress, you’ll continue regular follow-ups with your provider and dietitian. Your assigned doctor and dietitian will also determine if it is time to adjust your treatment plan by upping the dosage or making amendments to your meal plan.
Phase 4
In this final phase, Mochi’s medical team will review your lab or scan results and work with you on a maintenance plan to help you stay on track long-term.
Each step ensures you have the right tools, guidance, and adjustments for lasting success on your weight-loss journey.
Thank you!
