Getting started takes about two minutes: a short intake covering health history, current medications, and goals. A U.S.-licensed clinician in your state reviews it, typically the same day, and, where required by your state, schedules a brief video visit before writing a prescription. If a prescription is appropriate, it’s routed to one of Pallas’s partner pharmacies for dispensing; if not, the clinician tells you directly and you aren’t charged. Ongoing care includes monthly dose-adjustment reviews, since refills aren’t automatic; each renewal requires a fresh clinician check-in.

Pallas doesn’t lead with a specific brand-wide efficacy number, such as a “lose X% in Y months” claim, which is a more conservative approach than several competitors take. Its site does feature individual member testimonials citing specific weight-loss results over several months, alongside a general results-may-vary disclaimer elsewhere on the page. We haven’t repeated those individual figures here, since they’re anecdotal outcomes rather than a brand-wide claim we can verify.

Pallas offers Klarna pay-over-time financing at checkout, and every compounded plan includes ongoing check-ins and dose adjustments as part of the price, with no separate membership fee. A companion mobile app, the Pallas GLP-1 AI Companion, is available for logging doses, weight, meals, and symptoms; it works with or without a Pallas Health membership and functions purely as a personal tracking tool, not a source of medical advice.

The entire process is online. In 43 of 50 states, the visit is fully asynchronous, with no video call needed; seven states (Arkansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and West Virginia) plus Washington, D.C. require one live video visit before a prescription can be issued. Members can track orders and message their care team through the patient portal.

Support includes unlimited messaging with your care team through the portal, plus scheduled dose-adjustment reviews. Refills aren’t sent automatically; each one requires a clinician to check in on progress and tolerability first. Cancellation can be handled anytime through the portal or by email, with no long-term commitment.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are dispensed only after a clinician documents a patient-specific clinical need, through pharmacies that are either state-licensed (503A) or FDA-registered (503B) compounding facilities. Pallas’s own compliance materials are direct about the limits of compounded medication: these preparations are not FDA-approved, are not generic versions of any brand-name drug, and haven’t been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Side effects and adverse events should be reported to the clinician managing your care, and can also be reported through the FDA’s MedWatch adverse-event program.
